Commercial Litigation Solicitor / Associate (3–6 PQE)

About the role

G2 Legal Limited is seeking a Commercial Litigation Solicitor or Associate to join its expanding Dispute Resolution team. This position is ideal for a solicitor with 3–6 years of post‑qualification experience who wants to manage a varied commercial caseload while developing client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Handle contractual, partnership, shareholder, professional negligence, insolvency, property, and construction disputes.
• Manage cases from initial instruction through to resolution, including drafting pleadings and settlement documents.
• Assist senior partners on larger, complex litigation matters.
• Develop and maintain client contacts, providing strategic advice throughout the dispute lifecycle.
• Participate in networking and business development activities to grow the firm’s profile.

Required profile

• Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with 3–6 years PQE.
• Experience in commercial and contractual disputes and civil litigation procedures.
• Proven ability to manage own files with direct client responsibility.
• Commercially minded, organised, proactive and excellent communicator.
