About the role
An associate‑level Commercial Litigation Solicitor is needed for a respected disputes team in Leeds. You will work on a variety of high‑quality commercial disputes, developing technical expertise while progressing your legal career.
Key responsibilities
- Manage your own caseload of commercial dispute matters.
- Support senior litigators on more complex litigation.
- Advise business clients on a broad range of commercial issues.
- Assist with insurance‑backed litigation and policy coverage matters where relevant.
Required profile
- Ambitious solicitor seeking to strengthen commercial litigation expertise.
- Experience in insurance‑backed litigation is advantageous but not essential.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
