Commercial Litigation Solicitor – Hybrid (Bristol)

About the role

We are seeking a Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join our respected Bristol team. You will manage a varied caseload of high‑value commercial and consumer disputes, working autonomously while receiving support from senior partners when needed.

Key responsibilities

• Handle commercial and consumer contract disputes.
• Manage professional negligence and misrepresentation claims.
• Lead building, construction and property‑related contractual matters.
• Oversee insurance‑backed litigation and private client instructions.
• Provide strategic advice to both claimant and defendant clients.

Required profile

• Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in commercial or civil litigation (including non‑qualified experience).
• Ability to work independently with strong analytical skills.
• Willingness to work hybrid – two days per week in the Bristol office.
