Commercial Maintenance Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Maintenance Manager to lead reactive and planned maintenance across a diverse portfolio of commercial properties. You will be responsible for ensuring service quality, health and safety compliance, and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Manage reactive maintenance, planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and small works.
• Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers to deliver timely services.
• Monitor budgets, schedules and service delivery performance.
• Resolve urgent maintenance issues efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations and statutory requirements.
• Produce operational and financial reports for senior management.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing reactive maintenance, PPM and small works.
• Strong knowledge of commercial building maintenance.
• Experience managing subcontractors, suppliers and budgets.
• Good knowledge of CAFM systems and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• IOSH, NEBOSH, IWFM or relevant trade qualifications are advantageous.
