Commercial Manager – Passive Fire Protection

About the role

We are partnering with a market leader in passive fire protection to find a Commercial Manager who will drive commercial operations across fire protection contracts. You will lead a commercial team, produce financial performance reports and work closely with operations to keep projects on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver commercial operations for fire protection and FRA contracts.
• Manage and develop the commercial team.
• Prepare and present weekly and monthly financial performance and work‑in‑progress reports.
• Collaborate with operations to ensure contracts are delivered on schedule and budget.
• Build strong relationships with customers, consultants and the supply chain.

Required profile

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management.
• Proven experience on fire protection/FRA contracts, preferably within social housing, construction or facilities management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong financial and commercial awareness.
• Ability to negotiate, influence and meet deadlines.
• Self‑motivated, flexible, adaptable and resilient.

Required skills

• Microsoft Excel – advanced proficiency.
