About the role
ZARA is hiring an on-site Commercial Manager in Reading, United Kingdom. The role covers the visual and commercial aspects of the store, working in a fast-paced environment and multitasking between key responsibilities. The ideal candidate has a track record of commerciality, people management and customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Analyse commercial data and put actions in place to improve store sales
- Oversee all training and development of the commercial team
- Take responsibility for all visual and commercial aspects of the store
- Encourage the team and control the product and commerciality of the department
- Act as an ambassador for the company's sustainability project
Required profile
- Track record of commerciality, people management and customer service
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
