About the role

Our client, a highly rated London‑based law firm, is seeking an experienced Commercial Partner to strengthen its growing practice. The role involves providing strategic commercial advice to growth companies and their investors across a wide range of sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Advise clients on commercial matters covering technology, telecoms, media, sports, education and other sectors.
• Handle complex issues such as data protection, cyber security, competition law, regulatory matters, intellectual property and e‑commerce.
• Lead business development initiatives, marketing activities and client relationship management.
• Collaborate with a diverse, inclusive team to deliver high‑quality legal solutions.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor with substantial experience in commercial law.
• Broad practice covering multiple commercial disciplines listed in the posting.
• Proven track record of advising growth companies and investors.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to work independently.
