Commercial Premises Surveyor – Temporary (12 months)

About the role

We are seeking a Commercial Premises Surveyor to manage and develop our commercial property portfolio for up to 12 months. The role combines relationship building with tenants and stakeholders and the delivery of effective asset management.

Key responsibilities

• Take ownership of a varied portfolio of commercial premises.
• Conduct lease negotiations, rent reviews and property inspections.
• Monitor performance of assets and implement improvements.
• Maintain accurate property data and produce regular reports.
• Collaborate with tenants, professional advisers and internal teams to resolve issues.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and analytical ability.
• Proactive, ambitious and enthusiastic about commercial property.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to balance competing priorities and meet deadlines.
• Experience in commercial property, surveying or asset management.
