Commercial Pricing Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Commercial Pricing Manager to lead a major pricing transformation within a fast‑paced digital commerce environment. This hands‑on, data‑driven position will turn complex data, customer insight and commercial performance into clear pricing decisions that drive measurable business impact.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse commercial performance and customer data to develop pricing strategies.
• Design and run A/B tests and experiments to validate pricing hypotheses.
• Collaborate with merchandising, operations and AI/ML teams to embed pricing recommendations into daily workflows.
• Produce clear, actionable pricing recommendations for senior stakeholders.
• Monitor and report on the financial impact of pricing changes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in e‑commerce, digital commerce or commercial analytics.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex analysis into business‑focused recommendations.
• Excellent stakeholder management and consulting‑style problem‑solving skills.
• Comfortable working in an ambiguous, fast‑moving environment.

Required skills

• Advanced SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
• Proficiency with Tableau or similar BI tools.
• Strong spreadsheet modelling abilities.
• Experience with AI/ML‑driven pricing or recommendation tools.
• Knowledge of A/B testing and experimentation methodologies.
