About the role
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Project Manager to lead a diverse portfolio of commercial construction projects from pre‑start through to completion. You will work closely with clients, subcontractors and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.
Key responsibilities
- Manage multiple commercial construction projects from inception to handover.
- Coordinate subcontractors, procure materials and schedule deliveries.
- Conduct regular site visits and attend progress meetings.
- Monitor project programmes, budgets and documentation.
- Ensure Health & Safety compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Required profile
- Proven project management experience delivering commercial construction projects.
- Trade background, preferably in Carpentry or Joinery.
- Strong commercial awareness.
- SMSTS qualification.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
