Commercial Property Associate / Senior Associate

About the role

We are seeking an ambitious Commercial Property Associate or Senior Associate to join a nationally recognised practice. You will work on high‑quality commercial real estate matters, develop client relationships and contribute to the firm’s growth.

Key responsibilities

• Advise on acquisitions, disposals, landlord‑tenant matters, asset management and telecoms projects.
• Lead transactions from instruction through to completion, drafting and negotiating agreements.
• Support strategic development projects and build trusted adviser relationships.
• Collaborate with colleagues across the Real Estate and Transactional Property Group.
• Participate in business development, networking and profile‑raising activities.
• Mentor junior lawyers and trainees, delivering pragmatic, commercially focused advice.

Required profile

• Qualified Commercial Property Solicitor with experience at a regional, national or international law firm.
• Proven ability to handle a broad range of commercial property matters.
• Strong client relationship and stakeholder management skills.
• Commercial, solutions‑focused mindset and confidence working independently.
• Interest in business development and career progression.

Required skills

• Technical drafting and negotiation skills in commercial property agreements.
