Commercial Property Associate Solicitor

About the role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Property Associate Solicitor with at least four years PQE to join a fast‑growing top‑tier law firm near Bishop's Stortford and Stansted. The role offers hybrid working, a supportive team and clear pathways for progression.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of commercial property matters including acquisitions, disposals, leases and development agreements.
• Handle lease renewals, portfolio management and property finance transactions.
• Provide clear, commercial advice to clients and liaise directly with agents, lenders and other advisers.
• Support senior lawyers on complex cases and contribute to business development initiatives.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor with 4+ years post‑qualification experience in commercial property.
• Proactive, confident and able to work independently while collaborating within a team.
• Strong commercial awareness and client‑focused mindset.

Required skills

• Experience in acquisitions, disposals, lease negotiations and property finance.
• Ability to draft and review development agreements and related documentation.
