Commercial Property & Lettings Manager (Part‑time)

About the role

We are seeking a Commercial Property & Lettings Manager to oversee a portfolio of commercial properties on a part‑time basis. You will act as the primary contact for tenants, contractors, surveyors and professional advisers, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of commercial properties, handling tenancy administration and performance monitoring.
• Liaise with tenants, building positive relationships and addressing queries.
• Negotiate lease renewals, rent reviews and secure new lettings.
• Coordinate repairs, maintenance and contractor appointments.
• Maintain compliance records and manage property documentation.
• Work alongside surveyors, solicitors and external agents as required.

Required profile

• Proven experience in commercial property management or lettings.
• Strong understanding of commercial leases and landlord‑tenant matters.
• Excellent organisational detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Confident communicator who can work independently within a small team.
• Proactive decision‑making with a practical approach.

• Salary £55,000‑£60,000 per annum (pro‑rata).
