Commercial Property Office Manager

About the role

Our client, a specialist commercial property investment firm, is expanding its investment sales team. They are seeking a Commercial Property Office Manager to provide high‑level administrative and marketing support to the Head of Investments, ensuring a seamless investor experience from first enquiry to completion.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver day‑to‑day administrative assistance to the Head of Investments, including diary management and coordination of stakeholder meetings.
• Produce sales brochures by liaising with external design partners.
• Generate new sales leads via property portals such as Rightmove and Zoopla.
• Create and manage targeted email marketing campaigns.
• Follow up on enquiries, convert leads into property viewings, and support the sales progression process.
• Provide after‑care service to existing investors and maintain strong relationships.
• Coordinate appointments with investors, surveyors, solicitors and other parties.

Required profile

• Organised, ambitious and customer‑focused with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑moving environment.
• Experience in a commercial property or investment sales setting is desirable.

Required skills

• Proficiency with property portals (e.g., Rightmove, Zoopla).
• Experience creating marketing materials and email campaigns.
• Strong administrative and diary‑management capabilities.

What we offer

• Competitive basic salary of £40,000 with a guaranteed minimum income of £65,000 per annum.
• Standard Monday‑Friday office hours (9:00‑17:30).
