Commercial Property Partner – Birmingham

About the role

This is a senior partnership opportunity within a nationally recognised law firm’s Real Estate team in Birmingham. The successful candidate will lead high‑value commercial property work, develop client relationships and help grow the Birmingham office.

Key responsibilities

• Advise on acquisitions, disposals, landlord‑tenant matters and investment transactions.
• Handle development projects and portfolio management for a diverse client base.
• Identify new business opportunities and strengthen existing client relationships.
• Mentor junior property lawyers and contribute to the firm’s strategic growth.

Required profile

• Established Commercial Property Partner or Legal Director with a strong reputation in the Midlands.
• Proven track record of winning and developing work, either through an existing client book or business development.
• Commercially minded with excellent technical expertise in real‑estate law.
