About the role

We are seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor to join a well‑regarded Wiltshire practice that is experiencing sustained growth. The role offers a balanced, collegiate environment while handling sophisticated commercial property work for both business and private clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage acquisitions and disposals of commercial properties.
• Provide landlord and tenant advice and documentation.
• Handle development matters, including planning and construction phases.
• Conduct wider commercial property transactions for corporate and private clients.

Required profile

• 1 to 6 years post‑qualification experience (PQE) in commercial property law.
• Proven ability to manage matters autonomously within a reputable practice.
• Genuine long‑term interest in commercial property and strong interpersonal capability.
