Commercial Property Solicitor (2-4 PQE)

About the role

We are seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor with 2‑4 years of post‑qualification experience to join a highly regarded commercial property team in Hertfordshire. You will work on high‑value transactions for a diverse national client base, delivering expert advice across the property sector.

Key responsibilities

• Advise developers, investors, corporates, public bodies, charities, educational institutions, landlords, tenants and entrepreneurs on commercial property matters.
• Manage a varied caseload covering landlord & tenant work, acquisitions & disposals, investment transactions, property development and secured lending.
• Collaborate closely with senior lawyers on complex matters and contribute to business‑development initiatives.
• Support the mentoring and development of junior team members.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor with 2‑4 years PQE and a solid background in commercial property law.
• Proven experience advising on a broad range of commercial property transactions.
• Strong technical ability, commercial focus and proactive client‑relationship building.
• Motivated, confident and interested in business development and junior supervision.
• Excellent communication, organisational and problem‑solving skills.
