About the role

AJ Chambers is seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor with 2‑5 years post‑qualification experience to join its award‑winning commercial property team. The role offers the chance to work on high‑value, complex transactions for a diverse client base across the UK.

Key responsibilities

• Independently manage a mixed caseload of commercial property matters.
• Provide top‑quality legal advice on sales, purchases, lease‑backs, and overage arrangements.
• Conduct due diligence for large‑scale property projects.
• Advise on commercial landlord‑tenant matters and residential development schemes.
• Support corporate and finance transactions with property expertise.
• Collaborate with the wider team to meet the firm’s fee targets.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor with 2‑5 years PQE in commercial property law.
• Proven ability to handle complex, high‑value transactions.
• Strong commercial awareness and client‑focused approach.
