About the role
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join a supportive team in Bristol. The role offers exposure to high‑quality matters and a clear pathway for career development within a firm that invests in its people.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a varied commercial property caseload, including landlord and tenant matters.
- Handle acquisitions, disposals and development work for commercial properties.
- Participate actively in business development, networking and marketing initiatives to grow client relationships.
Required profile
- 2–5 years post‑qualification experience in commercial property law.
- Technically strong, organised and commercially aware.
- Client‑focused with excellent communication skills.
Required skills
- Commercial property law expertise.
- Experience with landlord‑tenant transactions, acquisitions and disposals.
