Commercial Property Solicitor (3+ PQE) – Cambridge

About the role

We are looking for a Commercial Property Solicitor with 3+ years post‑qualification experience to join our growing Cambridge practice. The role offers a mix of autonomy and support from senior partners, allowing you to work on high‑quality commercial real‑estate matters in a collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Advise clients on freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals.
• Draft and negotiate leases, licences and renewals.
• Handle secured lending and property finance transactions.
• Manage development work, including options and overage arrangements.
• Deal with landlord and tenant matters.
• Provide corporate support on property acquisitions and disposals.

Required profile

• 3–5 years PQE in commercial property law (other experience levels may be considered).
• Strong technical ability and commercial awareness.
• Proactive, client‑focused approach with the capacity to manage your own caseload.
• Excellent drafting, communication and organisational skills.
