Commercial Property Solicitor – 5+ PQE

About the role

We are partnering with a well‑established law firm in Bristol to hire an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor. This permanent position offers the chance to work on a varied portfolio of property matters for SMEs, developers and lenders.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a busy, independent caseload of commercial property matters.
• Handle freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals.
• Draft and negotiate commercial leases for landlords and tenants.
• Lead property finance and secured lending transactions.
• Support development projects, including site acquisitions and option agreements.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships while delivering commercially focused advice.

Required profile

• Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with 5+ years PQE in Commercial Property.
• Proven ability to manage a varied caseload independently.
• Excellent technical ability and commercial awareness.
• Outstanding communication and client‑care skills.
• Proactive, organised and committed to delivering exceptional service.
