Commercial Property Solicitor (6+ PQE)

About the role

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join a thriving practice in Leeds. Working closely with the Managing Director, you will help shape the growth of the commercial property department while managing a diverse caseload.

Key responsibilities

• Handle acquisitions, disposals, commercial leases, renewals, subleases and surrenders.
• Manage landlord and tenant matters, business sales and purchases, and the establishment of new businesses.
• Oversee matters from instruction through to completion, supported by a dedicated Paralegal or Trainee.
• Utilise modern case management systems to ensure efficient workflow.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years PQE or equivalent experience in commercial property law.
• Proven ability to run files independently from instruction to completion.
• Strong technical knowledge of commercial property transactions.
• Excellent client care, organisational and communication skills.
• Willingness to mentor junior colleagues and contribute to department growth.
