Commercial Property Solicitor – Associate Level

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor with at least three years post‑qualification experience to join our Real Estate team in Southampton. This is a hybrid role that offers a clear pathway to an Associate position within a leading Legal 100 law firm.

Key responsibilities

• Manage high‑value landlord and tenant matters for commercial clients.
• Advise on acquisitions, disposals and portfolio management of property assets.
• Provide comprehensive commercial property and asset‑management advice.
• Collaborate with senior partners to support the firm’s growth strategy.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor with 3+ years PQE in commercial property law.
• Demonstrated experience handling landlord‑tenant transactions and asset‑management work.
• Ambition to progress to an Associate role.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment.
