About the role

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join our Real Estate team in Southampton. The position is hybrid and offers a clear pathway to an Associate level within a leading top‑100 law firm.

Key responsibilities

• Handle high‑value landlord and tenant matters across a diverse portfolio.
• Manage acquisitions, disposals and ongoing asset management for commercial properties.
• Provide legal advice on lease negotiations, renewals and disputes.
• Draft and review contracts, licences and related documentation.
• Collaborate with senior partners to support the firm’s growth strategy.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor with at least 3 years post‑qualification experience in commercial property.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex landlord‑tenant transactions.
• Strong analytical and commercial awareness.
• Motivation to progress to an Associate role.

Required skills

• Experience in commercial property and asset management matters.
