Commercial Property Solicitor (Full‑Time/Part‑Time)

About the role

We are seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor to join our well‑established Oxfordshire practice. The role can be undertaken on a full‑time or part‑time basis, offering flexibility while delivering high‑quality commercial property work for national businesses and recognised brands.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of commercial property matters for corporate clients.
• Advise on landlord and tenant issues, including the granting and taking of commercial leases and licences.
• Handle acquisitions, disposals and the ongoing management of freehold and leasehold portfolios.
• Lead complex, high‑value property transactions and provide practical legal solutions aligned with client objectives.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor with experience ranging from newly qualified to approximately eight years post‑qualification.
• Demonstrated experience in a reputable commercial property practice.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a supportive team.
