Commercial Property Solicitor – Liverpool

About the role

Key responsibilities

• Advise occupiers, developers, investors and lenders on acquisitions, disposals and sale‑and‑leaseback transactions.
• Negotiate leases and prepare landlord and tenant documentation for both parties.
• Handle acquisition of development and investment sites and negotiate development agreements.
• Supervise junior team members on portfolio management, licences, consents and lease transactions.
• Review title matters, draft heads of terms and advise on transaction structures.
• Collaborate with Corporate, Banking, Construction and Restructuring teams on multi‑disciplinary deals.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor with significant experience in Commercial Property law.
• Strong landlord and tenant expertise.
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities under pressure.
• Commercially focused, proactive and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Interest in networking, business development and building client relationships.
