Commercial Property Solicitor (NQ) – Senior Level

About the role

Our client, a well‑established regional law firm, is expanding its commercial property team across the North East. The firm seeks a qualified solicitor to manage a diverse portfolio of commercial property matters, supporting both new and experienced practitioners in a collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of commercial property transactions, including sales and acquisitions of premises.
• Advise landlords and tenants on leases, renewals, assignments and related matters.
• Assist with property development, secured lending and refinancing transactions.
• Provide practical commercial property advice to a broad client base.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships while delivering high‑quality service.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor with experience in commercial property law.
• Strong technical knowledge across a wide range of commercial property issues.
• Ability to manage files independently and prioritize a busy workload.
• Excellent communication, organisational and client‑care skills.
• Commercially minded with a proactive, collaborative approach.
• Experience in agricultural property matters is advantageous but not essential.
