About the role

G2 Legal Limited is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join its Chippenham office as a Senior Associate. You will provide specialist advice on a wide range of commercial property and landlord‑tenant matters while contributing to the firm’s business development strategy.

Key responsibilities

Deliver expert legal counsel on commercial property transactions and landlord‑tenant issues.
Supervise and mentor junior solicitors, ensuring high‑quality work.
Engage with existing and prospective clients to support business growth.

Required profile

Minimum of 6 years post‑qualification experience in commercial property law.
Strong understanding of real‑estate legislation and transaction processes.

Required skills

Commercial property law expertise.
Knowledge of landlord‑tenant legislation.
