About the role

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join our busy, collaborative team in Witney. You will manage a full caseload of commercial property matters, supporting both internal and client needs.

Key responsibilities

Manage a full caseload of commercial property work.
Handle sale and purchase of commercial freehold and leasehold properties.
Deal with landlord and tenant matters.
Oversee acquisition and sale of property for development, including land promotion, options, conditional contracts and coverage.
Act for lenders and pension schemes.

Required profile

Minimum 5 years’ experience in commercial property law within a UK private practice.
