About the role

We are seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor to join our growing team in Wiltshire. The successful candidate will work on a diverse portfolio of commercial property matters for both business and private clients, contributing to the firm’s reputation for high‑quality legal advice.

Key responsibilities

Manage a varied caseload of commercial property transactions.
Act for business and private clients on landlord and tenant matters.
Provide advice on acquisitions, disposals and development projects.
Draft and negotiate leases, licences and related documentation.
Support senior partners with complex property instructions.

Required profile

Qualified solicitor with 2–5 years post‑qualification experience.
Strong interest in commercial property law.
Motivated to deliver a high standard of client service.
