About the role
This position is for a Commercial Property Solicitor who will specialise in telecoms licensing and leasing. Based in a modern office near Blackfriars Station, you will work closely with two partners and the wider Real Estate team.
Key responsibilities
- Negotiate and draft licences and leases for telecommunications sites across the UK.
- Initiate and manage proceedings to secure rights for mast installations.
- Support senior lawyers in site acquisition and the subsequent licensing/lease processes.
- Provide bespoke legal guidance on telecom‑related matters.
Required profile
- 1‑4 years post‑qualification experience as a Commercial Property Lawyer (associate level).
- Proven experience drafting and negotiating licences and leases.
- Telecoms industry exposure is desirable but not essential.
Required skills
- Legal drafting of licences and leases.
- Negotiation of commercial property agreements.
