Commercial Real Estate Agent – Retail Investment

About the role

We are a boutique real‑estate firm seeking a Commercial Real Estate Agent to join our lean team and work directly on retail investment transactions. You will be involved from acquisition through disposal, interacting with clients and handling high‑street, shopping‑centre and retail‑park assets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate and execute retail property acquisition and disposal opportunities.
• Manage client relationships and provide advisory support throughout the transaction process.
• Conduct market and financial analysis for shopping centres, retail parks and high‑street assets.
• Collaborate with senior team members to structure deals without lengthy internal sign‑off chains.
• Take ownership of projects and deliver results with minimal supervision.

Required profile

• Current experience in an investment agency, capital‑markets or commercial real‑estate environment.
• MRICS qualification or working towards it.
• Commercial mindset, proactive attitude and desire for greater responsibility.
• Willingness to work in a fast‑paced, high‑expectation setting.
