Commercial & Residential Property Manager

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Commercial & Residential Property Manager to join a leading property management firm in Beckenham. You will oversee a mixed portfolio of commercial blocks and residential units, ensuring high standards of service for tenants, landlords, and contractors.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a diverse portfolio of commercial, block and residential properties.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with tenants, landlords and service contractors.
• Coordinate property inspections, maintenance requests and tenant communications.
• Prepare, monitor and report on budgets, ensuring financial accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant property regulations and best practices.
• Oversee lease agreements, renewals and related documentation.

Required profile

• Proven experience in fully managing commercial, block and residential properties.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities and work proactively.
• Relevant certifications such as ARLA or RICS are a plus.
