Commercial & Residential Property Solicitor / Conveyancer

About the role

Simpson Judge Ltd is seeking an experienced Commercial & Residential Property Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Conveyancing Accredited Chartered Legal Executive to join its busy property team in Liverpool. You will manage a diverse caseload of commercial and residential transactions, working closely with landlords, tenants, developers and investors.

Key responsibilities

• Handle acquisitions, disposals, leases and landlord‑tenant matters across commercial and residential sectors.
• Provide legal advice on all aspects of property law and draft/negotiate leases, tenancy agreements and related documentation.
• Conduct property due diligence, ensure compliance with legislation and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain strong client relationships and professional contacts.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years post‑qualification experience (PQE) in commercial and residential property law.
• Proven ability to manage a varied caseload, meet competing deadlines and work both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication, negotiation and organisational skills.
