Commercial Supply & Product Executive (Purchasing Focus)

About the role

Axon Moore is seeking a Commercial Supply & Product Executive to drive supplier performance, commercial negotiations and product strategy within its fast‑growing interiors and construction supply business. You will act as the bridge between suppliers and internal teams, ensuring product viability and margin optimisation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and manufacturing partners.
• Lead supplier performance reviews, manage escalations and drive service improvements.
• Negotiate commercial agreements, pricing structures, rebates and payment terms.
• Monitor supplier KPIs such as lead times, availability and service levels.
• Own product ranges, define category strategy and implement margin‑improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with operational, finance and senior leadership teams to influence commercial decisions.
