Commercial Support Assistant

About the role

InfoTrack UK is seeking a Commercial Support Assistant to join its fast‑growing conveyancing technology team. You will be the first point of contact for commercial property professionals, helping them maximise the value of our platform while gaining deep knowledge of legal tech and commercial transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑line and second‑line support to commercial real‑estate clients via phone, email and online channels.
• Respond to enquiries about property searches, transaction services and platform functionality.
• Investigate and resolve client issues within agreed service levels, escalating complex cases when necessary.
• Keep clients informed throughout the resolution process, ensuring clear communication and a positive experience.
• Troubleshoot user issues and system errors, guiding clients to use the platform confidently.
• Assist clients with updates, new‑feature adoption and best‑practice usage of InfoTrack products.
• Collaborate with the Commercial Account Manager, Managed Services Team and internal support teams to deliver excellent outcomes.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with excellent communication skills.
• Proactive problem‑solver able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Enthusiastic about learning legal‑technology processes and commercial property transactions.
