Key responsibilities

• Drive regional growth by meeting income, profit and performance targets.
• Manage a portfolio of broker accounts, balancing relationships with commercial discipline.
• Underwrite new business, renewals and mid‑term changes within agreed authority levels.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with key brokers to strengthen market presence.
• Deliver against premium and loss‑ratio targets while monitoring long‑term profitability.
• Ensure all documentation, surveys and reporting are accurate and up to date.
• Review cases to maintain underwriting quality and consistency.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in commercial underwriting or broking.
• Proven track record of managing and growing broker relationships.
• Confident negotiator with strong risk and pricing assessment skills.
• Commercial mindset with ability to balance growth and profitability.
• Consistent delivery against targets and objectives.
• Comfortable working collaboratively across teams.
• Solid understanding of the insurance market and trading dynamics.
