Commercial Vehicle Sales Manager – Bristol

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Vehicle Sales Manager to lead our franchised motor dealership team in the Bristol area. You will drive both new and used vehicle sales, manage associated products and services, and support Business Managers in delivering tailored finance solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a high‑performing sales team to achieve and exceed targets.
• Develop and implement strategies to maximise sales across new, used, and commercial vehicle ranges.
• Collaborate with Business Managers to provide finance solutions for a diverse customer base.
• Monitor performance metrics, produce reports and adjust tactics as needed.
• Foster strong relationships with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Sales Manager within the automotive industry.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
• Background in B2B sales management in the motor sector.
• Excellent communication, organisational and collaborative skills.
• Results‑driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
