Commis Chef – Hotel Kitchen Team (Alvaston)

About the role

Warner Hotels is looking for an enthusiastic Commis Chef to join the kitchen team at Alvaston Hall, a historic 253‑bedroom hotel in North West England. You will work alongside experienced chefs to help deliver high‑quality dishes and memorable dining experiences for guests.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with the preparation and cooking of menu items under the guidance of senior chefs.
• Maintain strict food safety and hygiene standards throughout the kitchen.
• Support stock management, including receiving, storing, and rotating supplies.
• Keep workstations clean, organized, and compliant with health regulations.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service during busy periods, including weekends.
