Join Parkdean Resorts' bustling kitchen as a Commis Chef, supporting the Head Chef in delivering high‑quality meals across our holiday parks. No prior experience is required – we provide full training for enthusiastic candidates who love food and teamwork.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Head Chef in preparing dishes to specification and maintaining high standards.
• Cook menu items, follow portion control, and record any wastage.
• Receive deliveries, store food safely, and perform temperature checks.
• Maintain a clean and organized work station and adhere to food safety regulations.
