Commis Chef – £27k‑£31k + Tronc, Free Live‑In Accommodation

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Commis Chef to join our kitchen team in Alresford. You will work with fresh, locally‑sourced produce, receive hands‑on training and benefit from temporary free live‑in accommodation while you develop your culinary skills.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients and assist in the preparation of a variety of dishes to a high standard.
• Maintain excellent food hygiene and health & safety standards at all times.
• Support senior chefs during busy service periods.
• Keep your section clean, organised and well stocked.
• Work with fresh local ingredients and contribute to seasonal menu items.
