Key responsibilities

• Assist senior service staff in setting and clearing tables, serving food and wine, and maintaining a polished dining environment.
• Provide a warm, professional first impression while ensuring discreet, high‑standard service throughout the meal.
• Learn and adapt quickly to the hotel's service standards, contributing to a seamless guest experience.
• Support the team in handling multiple tasks in a fast‑paced, luxury setting.
