Communication & Marketing Advisor

About the role

Prima Group, a leading housing association in the North West, is seeking a Communication & Marketing Advisor to shape and share its story. You will deliver a comprehensive communications service, ensuring consistency, quality and impact across all channels.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute communication campaigns, distributing information to internal and external stakeholders.
• Create and manage press releases, media enquiries and build relationships with journalists.
• Develop and publish content for print, digital, social media and emerging platforms.
• Monitor and analyse the effectiveness of marketing and communications initiatives.
• Support event planning and promotion, liaising with external suppliers such as printers and web hosts.
• Act as brand ambassador, overseeing design and production of corporate publications, annual report and newsletters.
• Maintain and update the website, ensuring accessibility and optimal user experience.
• Produce visual content – shooting, editing and creating videos, images and graphics using cameras, video equipment and drones.

Required profile

• Proven experience in communications or marketing within a corporate or non‑profit environment.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, capable of crafting compelling stories.
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners.
• Comfortable working in a hybrid model, balancing remote and office presence.
