About the role
The Graduate is launching its Communities programme in Leicester and needs a dedicated Operations Coordinator to oversee day‑to‑day delivery. Working closely with the London team, you will help establish the foundation’s presence, build partnerships and ensure high‑quality football sessions for young people.
Key responsibilities
- Launch and coordinate the Communities programme in Leicester, aligning with the foundation’s existing frameworks.
- Manage scheduling, resources, records and communications with participants.
- Build relationships with schools, community partners and local stakeholders.
- Ensure each session runs smoothly and meets the foundation’s quality standards.
- Maintain accurate operational data and reporting for the programme.
Required profile
- Entry‑level or early‑career candidates with a passion for youth development and community sport.
- Strong organisational and communication abilities.
- Willingness to work hybrid, combining office and field work.
- Commitment to the foundation’s mission of inclusive football access.
