Community Care Assistant – Driving Role (Bromley)

About the role

This permanent position combines driving and personal care duties for older adults living in the London Borough of Bromley. You will travel between clients' homes, providing essential support that enables them to remain safe, independent, and comfortable in their own environment.

Key responsibilities

• Drive safely between client homes using your own vehicle.
• Deliver personal care such as washing, dressing, and toileting.
• Assist with medication management and support.
• Prepare meals and perform light domestic tasks.
• Offer companionship, emotional support, and promote dignity.

Required profile

• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle.
• Right to work in the United Kingdom.
• Willingness to work occasional weekends on a rota basis.
• Good spoken English and a caring, reliable attitude.

Required skills

• Valid driving licence (UK).
• Ability to operate a personal vehicle for work travel.
