About the role
Join a friendly team in Norwich and help clients live safely and comfortably in their own homes. You will provide personal support, encourage independence, and bring a smile to everyday moments.
Key responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care and medication.
- Prepare simple meals and help with household tasks.
- Offer companionship, conversation, and encouragement.
- Support clients in pursuing hobbies and staying independent.
- Travel across NR1‑NR6 areas using your own vehicle.
Required profile
- Kind, positive, reliable and good at listening.
- Available to work weekdays, evenings and alternate weekends.
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
- No prior experience required – training will be provided.
Required skills
What we offer
- Competitive hourly rate of £15‑£16.50.
- Shift patterns: 7:00‑14:30 and 15:45‑22:00.
- Paid training, on‑call support and ongoing development.
