Community Carer – Home Support

About the role

We are looking for compassionate Community Carers to visit clients in their own homes, providing person‑centred support that promotes daily living, independence and overall wellbeing. The role is based in Rainham and involves delivering high‑quality care in a community setting.

Key responsibilities

• Visit clients in their homes to assist with personal care and daily living tasks.
• Support clients to maintain independence and enhance their quality of life.
• Monitor and promote the overall wellbeing of each client.
• Record observations and communicate any concerns to the care team.

Required profile

• Right to work in the United Kingdom (British citizen or eligible candidate).
• Clean Enhanced DBS check.
• Own car and actively driving; full UK driving licence preferred.
• Willingness to live locally in the service area or relocate.
