Community Coordinator – Creator Platform

About the role

Rockstar Games is looking for a passionate Community Coordinator to join the Creator Platform team in London. You will act as the voice of the FiveM and RedM communities, helping to showcase innovative projects, gather sentiment, and feed valuable feedback to internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Compose community‑facing communications such as Community Spotlights, release notes, and regular updates for the Creator Platform.
• Collect and analyse community sentiment and feedback, presenting insights to leadership.
• Collaborate closely with Creator Platform leadership to align schedules and upcoming communication beats.
• Maintain an active presence across community channels, monitoring discussions and escalating relevant issues.
• Support moderation efforts on social media and other community platforms.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in player‑facing community management, communications, or marketing within the video‑game or digital‑entertainment industry.
• Proven ability to listen to player feedback and communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
• Strong interpersonal skills for cross‑functional collaboration with marketing, development, and support teams.
• Passion for fostering vibrant, creator‑driven communities.
