Community Lead – DTC Operator

About the role

Judge.me is looking for a passionate Community Lead to own and grow its newly launched merchant community. You will be the face of the community, driving membership, engagement and turning the forum into a thriving hub where e‑commerce operators share best practices and learn from each other.

Key responsibilities

• Scale community membership while maintaining high‑quality engagement.
• Plan, host and moderate webinars, podcast episodes, live sessions and in‑person events.
• Create and curate operator‑focused content, including video, to showcase expertise.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Support and Product teams to align community initiatives with company goals.
• Manage community tools, logistics and analytics to continuously improve the experience.

Required profile

• Strong ownership mindset with a bias for action.
• Excellent communication skills, comfortable speaking and appearing on camera.
• Ability to work independently as an individual contributor.
• Experience in e‑commerce, SaaS or product‑review environments is a plus.
