Community Manager – Fixed-Term (12 months)

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Community Manager on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract to lead the day‑to‑day operations of a residential community in Ealing. You will be responsible for creating a vibrant, safe and welcoming environment that enhances resident satisfaction and drives occupancy performance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the on‑site team, modelling core values and delivering memorable resident experiences.
• Partner with marketing to develop local leasing strategies, implement campaigns and achieve occupancy and revenue targets.
• Manage financial performance, prepare budgets, monitor P&L and report variances to investors.
• Oversee tenancy processes, including inspections, evictions, late‑fee collection and compliance with landlord‑tenant legislation.
• Coordinate maintenance, refurbishments and health‑and‑safety activities to ensure a safe, clean and appealing property.

Required profile

• Proven experience driving leasing performance and managing property operations.
• Demonstrated leadership ability to recruit, develop and retain a high‑performing team.
• Strong knowledge of UK landlord/tenant legislation and health‑and‑safety regulations (IOSH or NEBOSH preferred).
• Excellent organisational, communication and numerical skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience using property management software.
• Knowledge of IOSH or NEBOSH health‑and‑safety training.
